Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and monitor marketing budgets and calendars.

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, in-store, print and PR channels.

  • Plan and oversee in-store events, product launches, and corporate/brand activities.

  • Collaborate with agencies, suppliers, and partners to deliver campaigns effectively.

  • Conduct market research and leverage customer insights to drive marketing strategies.

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably with retail exposure

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills

  • Proactive, creative, and results-driven problem solver

  • Expertise in brand management, budgeting, and campaign execution
