Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, caring, and responsible Kids Club Attendant to provide a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for children participating in our Kids Club programs. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, demonstrates excellent communication skills, and is committed to maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities, games, crafts, and educational programs. Ensure the safety, well-being, and security of all children in the Kids Club. Assist with planning and organizing recreational activities and special events. Keep the Kids Club area clean, organized, and properly equipped. Promote a positive, friendly, and inclusive environment for all participants. Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and team members. Qualifications Previous experience working with children in childcare, recreation, education, camps, or similar settings preferred. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. Preferred Skills Creativity in planning children's activities and games. Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
