What we need from you:Previous real estate experience Valid driving license Ability to thrive in a competitive yet supportive environment. Strong communication and negotiation skills Handle leasing inquiries and conduct property viewings Advertise properties on property portals and social media platforms Assist in closing leasing transactions and preparing tenancy contracts Assist with rental valuations and market research Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs including property handovers Conduct property inspections and prepare reports Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
