???? Hiring: Senior Interchange & Pricing Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Senior Interchange & Pricing Analyst to join a leading organization in the digital payments sector.
Key Responsibilities:✔ Manage and optimize pricing strategies within the acquiring payments business.✔ Monitor interchange, scheme fees, and pricing adjustments.✔ Analyze transaction data, merchant portfolios, and revenue performance.✔ Support pricing governance, revenue assurance, and system change initiatives.✔ Develop pricing models, dashboards, and market insights.✔ Conduct competitor analysis and identify revenue optimization opportunities.✔ Support tender processes, commercial negotiations, and contract renewals.✔ Act as the subject matter expert for pricing-related queries.
Requirements:• 5–7 years of experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.• Minimum 4 years of card payments industry experience, including interchange and scheme fees.• Strong analytical and financial acumen.• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL and/or Python.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
