Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive (Telemarketing) role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Executive will make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, present company services, and actively generate qualified leads and sales opportunities. The role includes managing call lists, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of conversations and outcomes in the CRM system. The Sales Executive will handle objections, explain product features and benefits clearly, and schedule meetings or demonstrations for the field sales team when needed. Daily tasks also include meeting or exceeding call and revenue targets, coordinating with colleagues on campaigns, and providing feedback on customer needs and market trends to support continuous improvement. Qualifications Strong telemarketing and outbound calling skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly over the phone. Proven sales and negotiation abilities, including lead qualification, objection handling, and closing or securing next steps. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills (such as Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu) are an advantage. Comfort with CRM tools and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email, online calling platforms). Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center roles, ideally in a target-driven environment. Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and stay organized while handling high call volumes. Customer-focused mindset, resilience, and a positive attitude toward achieving and exceeding performance goals. A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
