We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive growth and expand our customer base throughout the African market.

�️ Focus: Foam & Mattress Manufacturing
� Territory: Africa
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with foam and mattress manufacturers
Identify and secure new business opportunities
Promote and sell chemical raw materials used in foam production
Manage customer accounts and drive revenue growth
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Travel within the region as required
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
✔ Proven B2B sales experience
✔ Experience in chemicals, polyurethane foam, bedding, or related industries preferred
✔ Strong network within the African manufacturing sector
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
