Roles & Responsibilities

1. Vendor Management- identifying new suppliers and maintaining relationship with existing suppliers

2. Manage the purchase order (PO) and Procurement of raw materials

3. Deals with budgeting, costing and price negotiation

4. Managing the full cycle of product development and execution

5. Manage the quality control and inspection

6. Facilitate proper channels of Warehousing, storage, and packaging of items

7. Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping

8. Manage the production line, quality control and dispatch planning (Shipping and delivery)

9. Coordination to different Production categories in Denim, Leather, Knitwear, Fabric, Accessory, and Ladies wear to achieve smooth operation and to increase production level with minimal expenses

10. Oversees the overall operations per respective category production.

11. Commit to production operation SAFETY procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

-Preferably a Fashion Merchandising graduate or related courses

-With solid work experience in Textile/Apparel industry/ Quality High-end Brands

-Strong understanding of costing principles and order management processes.

-Knowledgeable in all aspects of Garment production, quality, and compliance

• Minimum [5] years of experience in product sourcing or merchandising within a buying house environment.

-Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and production line)

-Familiarity with Retail Fashion trends, industry standard equipment and technical expertise

-Must be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, and inventory
