Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Promote and sell concrete products such as kerb stones, blocks, interlocks, paving stones, and related products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and government entities.
Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Follow up on payments and ensure compliance with company credit policies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project pipelines.
Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of UAE sales experience in concrete products, precast products, or ready-mix concrete.
Established network of contractors, consultants, and developers in the UAE.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
