Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.

  • Promote and sell concrete products such as kerb stones, blocks, interlocks, paving stones, and related products.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and government entities.

  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.

  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

  • Follow up on payments and ensure compliance with company credit policies.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project pipelines.

  • Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management.




Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of UAE sales experience in concrete products, precast products, or ready-mix concrete.

  • Established network of contractors, consultants, and developers in the UAE.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
