Roles & Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the development of scalable, high-performance digital banking platforms, ensuring robust and secure customer experiences.
• Drive technical strategy and roadmap for digital channels, aligning with business objectives and emerging technology trends.
• Mentor and manage a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of digital solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10+ years’ experience building and scaling digital products in banking or fintech environments

• Strong experience across onboarding, payments & transfers and services, banking, cards, digital channels, onboarding, BPM, and payments ecosystems

• Proven track record leading engineering teams delivering complex, large-scale platforms

• Deep experience working in Agile, product-centric environments with cross-functional squads

• Hands-on exposure to leading-edge technologies in mobile and web development.

• Proven experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing software engineering teams.

• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and platform engineering.

• Strong execution leadership with the ability to deliver complex technical initiatives from strategy through production.

• Experience driving cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Security, and Operations.

• Data-driven decision making with a strong ownership mindset, balancing technical excellence, customer impact, and business outcomes
