Identify organizational capability gaps and develop initiatives to enhance workforce performance.
Manage leadership development, career progression, and employee growth programs.
Support performance management and talent review processes.
Collaborate with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent management, learning & development, and organizational development.
Strong understanding of competency frameworks, succession planning, and leadership development.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
Dubai/UAE passport holders only.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working within large corporate or government-related environments.
Professional certifications in Learning & Development or Talent Management are advantageous.
