Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement talent development, learning, and succession planning programs.

  • Identify organizational capability gaps and develop initiatives to enhance workforce performance.

  • Manage leadership development, career progression, and employee growth programs.

  • Support performance management and talent review processes.

  • Collaborate with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Proven experience in talent management, learning & development, and organizational development.

    • Strong understanding of competency frameworks, succession planning, and leadership development.

    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

    • Dubai/UAE passport holders only.


    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience working within large corporate or government-related environments.

    • Professional certifications in Learning & Development or Talent Management are advantageous.
