Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Lead all HR functions including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and succession planning.
Drive organizational development initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, HR policies, and governance frameworks.
Partner with senior leadership to support business transformation and strategic workforce initiatives.
Oversee employee engagement, retention, and talent management programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Extensive experience in senior HR leadership roles within large organizations.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, organizational development, and talent management.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
UAE/Dubai passport holders only.
