Roles & Responsibilities

• We are seeking experienced Stores & Assets professionals to join our team. Candidates with experience in construction, civil, or precast companies.

• The role involves managing day-to-day store and asset operations, including receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials, tools, and equipment in accordance with company procedures. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with procurement and project/site teams, and ensuring proper handling, storage, and preservation of materials and assets. Responsibilities also include conducting regular stock counts, supporting audits, maintaining asset registers, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies. For senior and managerial roles, duties include supervising store staff, implementing inventory control systems, optimizing store operations, and ensuring effective utilization and safeguarding of company assets across projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in stores/ Warehouses within construction, civil, or precast industries

• Strong understanding of warehouse processes in the UAE

• Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills

• Ability to work under tight deadlines
