Roles & Responsibilities
Provide overall medical and clinical governance for home healthcare services
Ensure full compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations and standards
Develop, review, and implement clinical policies, protocols, and care pathways
Supervise and support physicians, nurses, therapists, and allied healthcare staff
Monitor clinical quality, patient safety, and risk management activities
Lead audits, incident reviews, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Act as the primary medical point of contact with regulatory authorities
Desired Candidate Profile
MBBS with/without postgraduate qualification (MD / MS / MRCP / Family Medicine / Internal Medicine or related specialty)
Valid DHA license or eligibility to obtain one
Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience, with leadership or supervisory exposure preferred
Prior experience in home healthcare, primary care, or community-based services is an advantage
Strong knowledge of DHA regulations, clinical governance, and patient safety
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
