Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess the quality of materials and workmanship, identifying potential issues early.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to establish quality objectives and ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports for accountability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is essential for a solid foundation in engineering principles.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction or civil engineering industry, demonstrating expertise.
  • Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Six Sigma Green Belt are highly desirable to validate quality management skills.
  • Proven experience in managing quality control processes for large-scale construction projects is a significant advantage.
