Roles & Responsibilities

Candidate must be able to produce accurate shop drawings, generate cutting lists, prepare nesting layouts, and run CNC machines efficiently. Experience in Spazio3D or similar joinery software is highly preferred.

This position requires someone detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare shop drawings, assembly drawings, and exploded views

• Break down designs into individual components with correct dimensions and specs

• Generate cutting lists and material usage reports

• Create nesting layouts for efficient sheet optimisation

• Program CNC files (G code, DXF, MPR, etc.)

• Operate CNC machines, including setup, tool loading, and test runs

• Perform quality checks before releasing items to production

• Troubleshoot CNC issues and ensure smooth workflow

• Coordinate with production supervisors and carpenters

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in a UAE joinery or fit‑out factory

• Ability to manage full detailing‑to‑production workflow

• Strong knowledge of Spazio3D, Polyboard, TopSolid, Cabinet Vision, or similar software

• Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD tools

• Understanding of joinery materials: MDF, plywood, laminates, veneers

• Ability to read and produce technical drawings

• Experience with CNC routers and nesting software

• Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Proactive, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Currently based in the UAE and will be based in Umm Al Quwain, UAE
