Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and client specifications.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to streamline communication and facilitate the integration of MEP systems into overall project designs.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, assess compliance with safety regulations, and address any arising issues promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, with a strong emphasis on MEP systems design and management.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing MEP projects in commercial or industrial settings, showcasing a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) are highly desirable.
- Experience working on large-scale projects with complex MEP requirements, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
