Grade:Senior Manager/ Director
Reporting Line:Reporting to the UAE Public Sector Leader
Key responsibilities:Build and manage portfolio of Social Development & Healthcare accounts Own sector pipeline aligned to UAE human capital and social development priorities Define and execute account strategies across priority ministries and authorities Lead large, complex bids across education modernization and social sector transformation Build C-suite relationships at federal and local levels Act as engagement executive or sector SME on key programs Provide executive oversight to ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction Activate strategic alliances (edtech platforms, digital learning, analytics partners) Drive education and social sector thought leadership Coordinate with Capability Teams for integrated solutions Develop thought leadership and represent Invent in relevant industry forums
Experience & profile:10–15 years consulting experience in healthcare and social development sector Arabic Speaking A Bachelor degree or higher in Technology related domains, Public Health , Social Development or Public Policy Understand of AI in healthcare and social development GCC experience, preferably in the UAE with proven track record owning sales and revenue targets and major accounts in the GCC/UAE public sector Well established senior level relationships within UAE government across healthcare & social sector Executive presence, strong commercial acumen, and excellent stakeholder management skills
