Roles & Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring precise calibration and alignment for optimal performance.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine specifications and tolerances for each project.
- Conduct regular quality control checks, using measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment, troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for vocational training in CNC operations or machining technology.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting.
- Certification in CNC programming or machining from a recognized institution is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and the ability to interpret complex technical drawings.
