Roles & Responsibilities
- Safely operate crawler cranes with capacities exceeding 100 tons, lifting and moving heavy materials on large-scale construction sites.
- Precisely position loads, ensuring accuracy within millimeters to avoid damage to structures and personnel.
- Inspect crane components daily, including cables, hooks, and hydraulic systems, to preemptively identify and report any defects.
- Execute complex lifts such as tandem lifts and those involving multiple crane coordination, adhering to strict safety protocols.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have UAE driving License .
Possess a valid Crawler Crane Operator certification (e.g., NCCCO) and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience operating various models of crawler cranes in demanding environments.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of load charts, rigging principles, and heavy lifting techniques.
Exhibit excellent spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination for precise load manipulation.
