We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cost Control Engineer with a proven track record in managing project costs, forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance across large-scale Civil and MEP construction projects. Key Responsibilities✔ Develop and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts✔ Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets✔ Prepare accurate cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for management review✔ Identify cost-saving opportunities and support value engineering initiatives✔ Evaluate change orders, claims, and variations from a cost perspective✔ Collaborate closely with Project Management, Commercial, Procurement, and Finance teams✔ Monitor resource productivity and project cost efficiency✔ Maintain and enhance cost control processes through ERP and project management systems Requirements✅ Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline✅ Minimum 10 years of experience in cost control within the construction industry✅ Strong UAE/GCC experience on major building and infrastructure projects✅ Demonstrated expertise in both Civil and MEP cost management✅ Advanced analytical, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities✅ Proficiency in ERP systems and cost management software✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
