Job Summary:The Valuation Manager is responsible for conducting accurate and professional valuations of commercial and residential properties in line with RICS/IVS standards and company policies. The role requires in-depth market knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide high-quality valuation reports for banks, corporates, and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:➤ Conduct valuations of commercial properties, including offices, retail, industrial, and mixed-use developments.➤ Collect, analyse, and verify market data, sales transactions, and rental evidence to support valuation conclusions.➤ Prepare high-quality, accurate, and timely valuation reports that meet regulatory, client, and internal quality standards.➤ Review and ensure compliance with International Valuation Standards (IVS), RICS standards, and local regulatory requirements.➤ Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical support to junior valuers within the team.➤ Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.➤ Keep up to date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:➤ Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.➤ RICS-qualified (MRICS/FRICS) or equivalent professional accreditation is preferred.➤ Minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in commercial property valuation.➤ Strong knowledge of UAE real estate markets and regulatory framework.➤ Excellent analytical, report-writing, and presentation skills.➤ Proficiency in valuation software and MS Office applications.➤ Strong communication and client relationship management skills.➤ Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
