Roles & Responsibilities

• Hands on experience on Core Java and Java EE technologies, such as JDBC, JMS, JNDI

• Good understanding and hands on knowledge of IBM WebSphere administration & deployment concepts.

• Should be aware of AWS cloud components and its deployment framework through CI/CD pipeline.

• Experience in log analysis & application troubleshooting.

• Experience on UNIX & Linux operating systems with knowledge of basic shell scripting.

• Knowledge of RDBMS databases (Oracle) with experience in writing SQL queries and scripts.

• Good understanding of MQ and its operation

• Basic knowledge of Infrastructure components, such as Firewall, Load balancer, Kong, Routes etc.

• Should be able to trouble shoot production issues from application codes independently with minimal supervision.

• Analyze the production issues from Monitoring tools like AppDynamics, ELK.

• Prior experience in application support will be an added advantage.

• Resource should be flexible to work on shifts.

• Must have good verbal /written communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a strong theoretical foundation.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in supporting and troubleshooting enterprise-level Java applications in a production environment.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
