ما ستقوم به:
- دعم مدير المنشأة في إدارة العمليات اليومية.
- أن تكون ظاهرًا في العملية، وتقديم التقدير، والترويج لعلاقات عامة جيدة، ومعالجة الشكاوى أو الاستفسارات أو الطلبات الخاصة لضيوف والعملاء وجهات الاتصال الجماعية.
- التحكم في العمالة وتكاليف التشغيل من خلال الجدولة الفعالة، ووضع الميزانية، واتخاذ قرارات الشراء، ومراقبة المخزون والخزز النقدي.
- الإشراف وتدريب الموظفين لتقديم خدمة متميزة.
- مراقبة الحالة الفيزيائية للمرافق والمعدات في المنشأة وتقديم التوصيات من أجل التصحيحات والتحسينات حسب الحاجة.
- الإشراف على إدارة المخزون والتحكم في التكاليف.

ما الذي ستقدمه:
- خبرة سابقة في دبي أو الشرق الأوسط في الدور المماثل.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المطاعم، ويفضل في أجواء فرنسية أو مطاعم راقية.
- الإلمام بمطاعم نجمة ميشلان ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات قيادة وتواصل عالية.
- معرفة بمطبخ فرنسي وتنسيق النبيذ.
- مهارات تواصل وحل المشكلات ممتازة.
- الطلاقة في اثنين على الأقل من اللغات الدولية.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة والتعامل مع مهام متعددة.

About the location:

What you will do:
- Support the Outlet Manager in managing daily operations.
- Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
- Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.
- Supervise and train staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
- Oversee inventory management and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in driving sales and promoting the restaurant.
What you bring:
- Previous working experience in Dubai or the Middle East in the similar role.
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a French or fine dining setting.
- Exposed to Michelin Star restaurant is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of French cuisine and wine pairing.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Fluent in at least two international languages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
