Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily camp operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional living environment for all residents.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of labor administration, including their room allocation, time keeping etc.
Implement and enforce camp rules and regulations, addressing any disciplinary issues promptly and fairly.
Maintain inventory of camp supplies, food, and equipment, managing procurement and distribution efficiently.
Should have proven experience in resolving labour disputes and managing employee relations effectively
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 4+ years of experience in camp management or labor supervision, preferably in construction or remote site environments.
Proven track record in managing large groups of workers, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations relevant to the region of operation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse cultural groups.
