Role overview:
The Trailer Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of all the vehicles using heavy-duty trailer . The role involves ensuring timely delivery, maintaining vehicle condition, and complying with all traffic and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate trailer trucks to transport vehicles to designated locations safely and on time
Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips
Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of vehicles
Follow all road safety regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery documents, and fuel records
Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or delays immediately
Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams for schedules and routes
Ensure cleanliness and basic maintenance of the assigned vehicle
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills and Qualifications:
Valid heavy vehicle driving license (License 4 & 6)
Proven experience as a trailer driver or in heavy transport operations
Good knowledge of road safety rules and UAE traffic regulations
Ability to handle long-distance driving and flexible working hours
Basic communication and reporting skills
Physically fit and able to manage loading/unloading support if required
Responsible, punctual, and safety-focused attitude
