Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation activities, including clearing, grading, and excavation, ensuring adherence to project blueprints and safety protocols.
- Operate and maintain various construction equipment, such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders, to efficiently complete earthmoving and material handling tasks.
- Install and secure formwork for concrete structures, ensuring precise alignment and stability to support pouring operations.
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete according to specified mix designs and curing procedures, achieving desired strength and surface quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
High School Diploma or equivalent educational attainment.
Candidates must have prior ADNOC approval / WMS Certificate
Possession of relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour or specific equipment operation certifications.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in civil construction or a related field.
Proven experience working on infrastructure projects like roads, bridges, or utilities.
