Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide deskside and remote support for incidents and service requests

  • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and operating system issues

  • Log, track, and update tickets in ITSM tools with accurate details

  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and resolution timelines

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience

  • Relevant certification

  • Foundational knowledge of desktop/laptop troubleshooting

  • Knowledge of Bloomberg application

  • Experience with audio-visual devices


  • Arabic speaker

  • Well-mannered and well-groomed
