• We are seeking a motivated UAE National Fresh Graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline to join our team as a Data Analyst / Business Analyst. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate business insights, preparing reports and dashboards, documenting business requirements, and supporting process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and contribute to the delivery of data-driven solutions. Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a basic understanding of SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau), and business analysis concepts. Excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in data analysis or business analysis roles.
• Proven expertise in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
