Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and theoretical training in professional hairdressing.

• Teach hair cutting, hair coloring, bleaching, highlighting, styling, chemical treatments, keratin, rebonding, perming, hair spa, scalp care, and other salon techniques.

• Demonstrate the correct use of professional tools, equipment, and hair products.

• Assess students' practical skills and provide constructive feedback.

• Prepare lesson plans, practical demonstrations, and training materials.

• Ensure students follow salon hygiene, health, and safety standards.

• Support students in building confidence and developing industry-ready skills.

• Maintain training equipment and ensure the classroom remains organized.

• Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.

• Assist with student assessments, examinations, and certification requirements.

• Support promotional workshops, seminars, and training events when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience as a Hair Trainer or Senior Hair Stylist.

• Strong knowledge of modern haircutting, coloring, styling, and chemical treatment techniques.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

• Ability to conduct engaging practical demonstrations.

• Professional certification in Hairdressing or a related field is preferred.

• Previous training or teaching experience will be an added advantage.

• Familiarity with UAE salon standards and industry practices is preferred.

• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
