Roles & Responsibilities
Handle the full employee cycle, from onboarding new joiners to final settlements and gratuity when staff leave.
Run the monthly payroll and WPS accurately and on time, by the 1st of each month.
Maintain leave, attendance and overtime records, and keep the attendance system up to date.
Manage visa, labour card and Emirates ID renewals, working with the PRO on MOHRE and immigration matters.
Keep employee files and contracts in order, issue salary certificates and experience letters once approved, and track loans, advances and increment records.
Be the first point of contact for staff queries, leave requests and basic grievance or disciplinary paperwork, and run the HR and payroll software with accurate, confidential data.
Handle renewals of company insurance, trade licences and other registrations, and keep one clear calendar of vendor contracts and AMC renewals so nothing lapses.
Look after general office administration, corporate mobile and SIM lines, a basic company asset register, and coordination with outside IT and service providers.
Desired Candidate Profile
At least 3 years in an HR role in the UAE, ideally handling payroll and visas yourself.
Good working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS and the main government portals.
Comfortable running HR and payroll software, and confident with Excel.
Well organised and discreet, able to manage both HR and admin without letting either slip.
Bachelor's degree, with strong English; Hindi is an advantage.
