Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive AI agentic solution sales within enterprise accounts in the Dubai market, exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on identifying and penetrating key enterprise sectors with AI solutions.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and positioning AI agentic solutions as transformative.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for advanced AI technologies, demonstrating deep product knowledge and consultative selling expertise.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and product teams to tailor AI agentic solutions to specific client needs and use cases.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes in the Dubai AI enterprise space to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Manage and forecast the sales pipeline accurately, ensuring predictable revenue growth and identifying potential risks.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and achievement in AI sales.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, establishing thought leadership in AI agentic enterprise solutions.
  • Negotiate and close high-value enterprise deals, ensuring favorable terms and long-term client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 7 years of proven enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years specifically in AI, machine learning, or advanced technology solutions.

  • Demonstrated success in selling complex, high-value solutions to C-level executives in the UAE market.

  • Deep understanding of AI agentic technologies, their applications, and the enterprise sales landscape in Dubai.

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts persuasively.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, coupled with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in CPaaS Sales

  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language proficiency is a significant advantage.

  • Experience working with or selling to government entities and large conglomerates in Dubai is highly desirable.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and competitive market environment.
