Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for complex technology solutions across the Middle East region, with a focus on Dubai.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key enterprise clients, understanding their business challenges and positioning our solutions as strategic partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding market share within target industries and verticals.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, product management, and marketing teams to ensure effective solution positioning and delivery.
  • Negotiate and close complex, multi-year deals with C-level executives, demonstrating strong commercial acumen and value-based selling expertise.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies and product roadmaps.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring accurate forecasting and robust deal progression.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, acting as a thought leader and brand ambassador.
  • Drive adoption and expansion of existing solutions by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the client base.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in enterprise technology sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets for complex, high-value solutions in the Middle East, specifically Dubai.
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, or AI/ML solutions and their business applications.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and manage a diverse sales team.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language proficiency is highly advantageous.
  • Experience working with multinational corporations and government entities in the UAE.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region and internationally as required.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented approach and strong business acumen.
