Roles & Responsibilities

1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery and equipment.

2. Diagnose and repair mechanical faults to minimize machine downtime.

3. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance activities according to schedules.

4. Maintain machinery performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

5. Assist in machine installation, commissioning, and modification projects.

6. Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and spare parts usage.

7. Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

8. Coordinate with production teams to resolve machine-related issues efficiently.

9. Support automation-related maintenance activities in cabinetry production areas.

10. Maintain housekeeping standards within the maintenance workshop and factory.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. ITI Technician (2 years) or Technical Diploma (3 years) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.

2. Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in industrial machinery.

3. Experience in furniture manufacturing or woodworking machinery is preferred.

4. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance practices.

5. Working knowledge of mechatronics.

6. Basic automation knowledge; advanced automation skills are an added advantage.

7. Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
