Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring of project activities.

  • Supervise and coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, utility, and machinery installation works executed by contractors.

  • Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and support drafting revisions where required.

  • Coordinate material requirements with the procurement team and ensure timely material availability at site.

  • Ensure contractors execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, project schedule, and HSE requirements.

  • Monitor daily site progress and contractor performance, and report any delays or issues to the Project Manager.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality assurance, compliance, and adherence to project specifications.

  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve technical and execution issues.

  • Maintain project documentation, technical records, approvals, progress reports, and meeting minutes.

  • Support machinery erection, installation, alignment, utility integration, testing, and commissioning activities.

  • Identify project risks, technical issues, and delays, and recommend corrective actions to the Project Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.

  • 3–5 years of experience in industrial project execution.

  • Knowledge of machinery installation, utility systems, and multidisciplinary project coordination.

  • Proficiency in engineering drawings, AutoCAD, BOQs, MS Office, and project documentation.

  • Experience in the non-ferrous metal recycling industry will be preferred.
