Work closely with event planners, designers, operations teams, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth event execution. Train, mentor, and evaluate floral team members. Maintain quality control and ensure every arrangement meets company standards. Manage departmental budgets and control floral costs. Stay updated on international floral trends, luxury wedding styling, and innovative design techniques. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures. Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional floral design experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Experience in luxury weddings and large-scale events is highly preferred. Strong portfolio demonstrating premium floral designs. Excellent knowledge of fresh flowers, foliage, floral mechanics, and design techniques. Experience managing a floral production team. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Physically able to participate in installations and event setup when required.
