Key aspects of the role include:Building the strategy and marketing plan for the product, ensuring those plans are implemented and monitored to reach mid to long-term sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders across major accounts. Requires strong business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive access and growth for innovative therapies. Conducting regular market analysis, and market research, developing a deep understanding of business dynamics, tracking competitive environment, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategies to maximize brand potential. Designing Tactical Plan in line with the brand strategy, executing all marketing activities. Partnering with Int Markets and Global Marketing Teams to understand global/regional strategies.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy /Business or related field. Candidate based in the UAE with at least 3-5 years of experience working in pharmaceutical marketing. Dermatology/OTC/ Consumer Healthcare experience is preferred GCC or regional experience is a plus Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
