Roles & Responsibilities
Handle airline ticket booking, reissue, refund, and cancellation
Manage reservations through GDS systems such as Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus
Assist customers and travel agents with fare quotations and travel queries
Issue domestic and international air tickets
Follow up on payments, booking confirmations, and schedule changes
Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for ticketing support
Maintain accurate booking records and daily reports
Handle urgent travel requests professionally
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2–5 years experience in airline ticketing or travel agency
Knowledge of GDS systems (Sabre/Galileo/Amadeus)
Good communication skills in English, Urdu/Hindi & Arbic
Experience in fare calculation, reissue, refunds, and travel documentation
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings
Knowledge of UAE travel market is preferred
Immediate joining preferred
