Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Coordinate local and international travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
Attend meetings, record accurate minutes, and track action items for follow-up.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and official communications in both Arabic and English.
Translate documents, presentations, and communications between Arabic and English as required.
Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and requests, ensuring timely responses.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation with a high degree of discretion.
Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
