Key Responsibilities Provide first-line IT support via phone, email, or ticketing system ????Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printer issues Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and IT equipment Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access management Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when required Perform system updates, software installations, and routine maintenance Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions Deliver timely and professional technical support while ensuring a positive user experience ????✅ What We’re Looking For Strong problem-solving and analytical skills ????Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and computer hardware Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow ????????
