About Us: We are a dynamic and growing manufacturing and processing company based in Dubai. We are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. Key Responsibilities:Accurately record and maintain daily financial transactions and ledgers (e.g., Accounts Payable/Receivable). Carefully verify and process Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), delivery notes, and invoices against established contracts. Cross-check material specifications, unit prices, and processing charges (e.g., cut and bend charges) to ensure 100% billing accuracy. Assist the Finance Supervisor with month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and basic financial reporting. Maintain organized physical and digital financial records for easy retrieval and auditing. Identify discrepancies in data entry and resolve them promptly with the relevant departments.
Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.0 to 2 years of relevant experience. (Fresh graduates with a strong academic record and high numerical aptitude are welcome to apply). Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry. (Crucial requirement) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). Familiarity with basic accounting principles and ERP software is a plus. Good command of written and spoken English. Ability to work efficiently under supervision and meet deadlines. Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
