This is a full-time permanent position offering the opportunity to work with leading organizations across a variety of sectors. Key Responsibilities Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments and facilitate risk workshops. Develop and maintain enterprise risk registers. Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks. Participate in Internal Audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up. Evaluate governance processes, internal controls, and risk management practices. Prepare high-quality risk assessment reports, internal audit reports, and management presentations. Assist clients in identifying, assessing, and managing strategic, operational, financial, compliance, and emerging risks. Support the development of governance frameworks, risk management policies, and procedures. Work closely with client management teams throughout project delivery. Requirements Must be fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken). Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Internal Audit, GRC, or risk advisory. Strong understanding of corporate governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks. CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certification is preferred. Additional certifications such as CRMA, CRISC, CISA, ISO 31000 Risk Manager, or OCEG GRCP/GRCA will be an advantage. Excellent analytical, report writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Previous consulting experience and GCC project experience will be an advantage. Location & Travel Willing to relocate based on business requirements. Willing to travel within GCC countries for client assignments.
