CLocation: Jabal Ali, Dubai, UAEWe are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Admin / Sales Executive to join Bartawi Construction Waste Recycling and play a key role in supporting the department’s commercial growth and operational development. This position is designed for a candidate who can contribute to business development by securing new clients, while also supporting operational monitoring, and administrative coordination to strengthen the the structure, efficiency, and accountability. Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction waste management, recycling, and industrial sectors. Generate leads and actively engage potential clients to expand the company’s customer portfolio. Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to support long-term business growth. Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and support negotiations to close new business opportunities. Support management in achieving departmental revenue and growth targets. Assist in monitoring daily operational activities and ensure smooth coordination between clients and operations teams. Follow up on service execution and support management in maintaining operational efficiency and service quality. Track operational activities and provide regular updates on performance, client requirements, and operational challenges. Coordinate internally to ensure timely execution of services and customer satisfaction. Maintain organized records, operational reports, and documentation related to clients and department activities. Provide administrative support to management in improving departmental structure and operational control. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, administration, or operations coordination. Previous experience in waste management, environmental services, logistics, industrial services, or construction-related industries is mandatory. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage both commercial and operational responsibilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools. UAE driving license is a must.
