Job Responsibilites:Be responsible for daily data reporting, conduct in-depth analysis and interpretation of business data, monitor all links, identify existing problems and assist in formulating corresponding solutions. Assist in optimizing the existing process management, promote the development and implementation of business, timely understand the dynamics of the front-line sales team, and form feedback. Take full ownership of the performance of assigned business lines, ensuring on-time deliveries, cancellation rates, customer satisfaction and growth targets are consistently met. Coordinate resources and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness with go-to-market strategies and campaigns. Undertake other work that can support the business team to achieve better performance indicators.

Job Requirements:4+ years of experience in sales operations, prior experience in food delivery/restaurant brand operations is preferred; Familiar with region. Fluent in English for business communication. Combine different playbooks and food delivery operational methodologies across countries/regions to accumulate replicable international experience.
