We Can Offer You The Following Tasks
Supervising and leading teams of service engineers, technicians, skilled labour, and work crews across after‑sales activities including maintenance, repairs, and technical support for Everllence equipment such as engines, turbochargers, and automation systems. Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and driving high‑quality service delivery for corporate customers. Developing and implementing strategies to enhance after‑sales processes and customer satisfaction. Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless service execution and fast technical issue resolution. Providing technical guidance and on‑site support to customers, including travel to various locations to oversee operations. Remaining up to date on maritime engine technologies and decarbonization advancements. Planning, monitoring, and tracking maintenance projects, comparing planned progress with actual results, and taking corrective action where needed. Ensuring optimal coordination between operational activities to achieve successful service and project outcomes. Promoting and implementing best practices within your area of responsibility. Conducting repairs on 2‑stroke and 4‑stroke diesel engines and components, and providing follow‑up technical support to vessels and power plants. Preparing customer reports, participating in scheduled educational seminars, and maintaining high standards of documentation and internal communication.
You Can Help With The Following Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field. 5–7 years of related experience, preferably working with heavy equipment or machinery; experience within the maritime industry is essential. Strong technical knowledge of maritime engines and related systems. Excellent leadership, coordination, and team‑management capabilities. Strong problem‑solving skills with an analytical and structured approach. Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with high attention to detail. Sound interpersonal, communication, presentation, and intercultural skills. High integrity and adherence to ethical, safety, and compliance standards. Professionalism, teamwork, and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
