Role Description This full-time Real Estate Broker role at WIZI PROPERTIES LLC is an on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Broker will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, property listings, viewings, negotiations, and closing transactions for residential and commercial real estate. Responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements, preparing and reviewing contracts, coordinating with developers and landlords, and maintaining accurate records of all property transactions. The role involves delivering high-quality customer service, conducting property tours, following up with leads, and building long-term client relationships to achieve sales targets. The broker will also stay updated on Dubai real estate regulations, trends, and community developments to provide informed guidance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Brokerage and Real Estate skills, with experience managing property transactions and advising clients. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including client communication, relationship building, and conflict resolution. Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding performance targets. Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property principles, local market dynamics, and relevant real estate laws and regulations. Relevant real estate license or registration in Dubai (RERA certification) is highly preferred. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Ability to work on-site, handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously, and use CRM and property listing platforms efficiently. Previous experience as a real estate broker or agent in the UAE or similar markets is beneficial.
