Roles & Responsibilities

Position: AC Technician We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with residential, commercial, or industrial HVAC systems and be committed to delivering high-quality service while following safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems.

• Diagnose faults and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Recharge refrigerant and check for leaks in accordance with safety regulations.

• Replace defective components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, capacitors, and fans.

• Clean and service AC units, ducts, filters, and ventilation systems.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.

• Test system performance after installation or repair to ensure optimal operation.

• Maintain accurate service records and prepare maintenance reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and industry standards.

• Respond to emergency breakdowns and customer service requests when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Technical/Vocational certification in HVAC or Refrigeration preferred.

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience as an AC Technician.

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, electrical controls, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Ability to use HVAC tools, gauges, and testing equipment.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Valid driver's license (preferred, if applicable).

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Time management and attention to detail.

• Physical ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or outdoors.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor work environments from Saturday to Thursday, Friday Off.

• May require working in hot weather, confined spaces, or at heights.

• Availability to work overtime, weekends, or emergency callouts when required.
