Roles & Responsibilities

1. Handle full electrical works for residential, commercial, and industrial projects from initial site inspection to final completion and testing.

2. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including wiring, distribution boards, lighting systems, power outlets, and control panels.

3. Read, interpret, and execute electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical schematics accurately on-site.

4. Conduct load calculations and determine proper electrical capacity for safe and efficient installations.

5. Diagnose electrical faults, identify root causes, and carry out effective repairs and troubleshooting.

6. Supervise and guide junior electricians and site workers to ensure proper execution of tasks and safety compliance.

7. Ensure all electrical work is completed according to local electrical codes, safety standards, and project specifications.

8. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for residential buildings, villas, offices, retail shops, and industrial facilities.

9. Respond to emergency electrical breakdowns and provide fast, efficient on-site solutions.

10. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

11. Prepare material requirements, estimate quantities, and support procurement of electrical components and equipment.

12. Prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates for electrical projects based on site requirements and market pricing.

13. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within agreed deadlines.

14. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.

15. Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and site reports.

16. Advise clients on electrical system upgrades, energy efficiency solutions, and cost-effective alternatives.

17. Ensure proper installation of safety systems including circuit breakers, earthing systems, and protective devices.

18. Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in proper condition and ensure safe usage at all times.

19. Stay updated with latest electrical technologies, systems, and market pricing trends.

20. Represent the company professionally when dealing with clients, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5–10 years of professional experience in the electrical field.

• Must have worked in a reputable electrical contracting company.

• Previous experience in a senior role such as:

  • Senior Electrician

  • Electrical Foreman

  • Site Supervisor

  • Project Electrician

• Strong exposure to:

  • Residential villas and apartment buildings

  • Commercial shops, offices, and retail units

  • Industrial sites, warehouses, and service facilities

  • Maintenance contracts and emergency repairs

Technical Expertise

• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance, and repair systems.

• Ability to read and execute electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics.

• Strong understanding of:

  • Wiring systems and electrical distribution networks

  • Load calculations and circuit design

  • Electrical panels, breakers, and control systems
