Roles & Responsibilities

· Develop and design comprehensive Life Safety systems interface with all 3rd party equipment as per code requirement

· Hands on Experience in preparing LUX level, Heat Dissipation, SPL, Voltage drop and all similar calculations for FLS systems

· Attend technical and coordination meetings with consultants and contractors to resolve design issues.

· Review engineering drawings and ensure that all necessary approvals for systems are obtained in a timely manner.

· Design systems in accordance with project specifications and requirements, while managing NFPA/Civil Defense and client technical reviews to ensure compliance with technical and constructability standards.

· Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate seamless project execution.

· Implement quality assurance and control procedures to guarantee that the delivered systems align with design intent and meet client expectations.

· Should be able to supervise assigned 2D & 3D Drafting team

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 8 Years

Work Location: Site Office, Abu Dhabi

Education: Degree in Electrical or Electronics or Equivalent

System Expertise: Fire Alarm, Voice Evacuation, Central Battery System, Smoke Detection System

Preferred: Good Knowledge in NFPA, UAE Civil Defense Regulations.
