Roles & Responsibilities

How you will make an impact (Key responsibilities) : 

 

1. AI Tool Integration & Automation Enablement

  • Lead the adoption and optimization of AI platforms for content creation, imagery, video generation, and workflow automation.

  • Build and manage AI-driven solutions for scaling creative output, improving turnaround times, and enhancing content personalization.

  • Evaluate new AI tools, emerging technologies, and innovations relevant to visual creation and marketing productivity.

  • Train internal teams on AI usage, ensuring safe, brandcompliant, and consistent application.

 

2. Creative Media Production & Digital Content Leadership

  • Oversee the development of high-quality digital content including videos, motion graphics, animations, and campaign visuals.

  • Manage creative briefs, storyboards, production pipelines, edits, and postproduction to deliver premium creative assets.

  • Ensure all visual outputs align with brand guidelines, seasonal aesthetic directions, and marketing goals.

  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, videographers, and agencies to deliver bestinclass creative work.

 

3. Content Governance, Quality Control & Innovation

  • Establish quality standards for AIgenerated and manually produced creative content.

  • Review, refine, and approve visual assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and visual excellence.

  • Maintain organized digital libraries, design systems, and AI prompt libraries for efficient creative workflows.

  • Identify opportunities for enhancing productivity through upgraded systems, templates, and automation.

 

4. CrossFunctional Collaboration & Marketing Support

  • Partner with Marketing, Social Media, CRM, PR, VM, and Ecommerce teams to provide AIenabled creative support.

  • Work with Technology and Data teams to ensure that AI tools are seamlessly integrated and secure.

  • Support leadership teams by developing high-impact visual concepts, pitch decks, creative prototypes, and innovation pilots.

  • Provide insights on content performance, process improvements, and AIdriven efficiencies.

Qualifications & Skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Creative Arts, Marketing, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. 
  • 7-10 years of experience in creative production, digital content creation, or AI‑enhanced marketing roles. 
  • Proficiency in AI creative tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT‑based tools, etc.) and creative software (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, motion graphics tools). 
  • Strong understanding of premium brand aesthetics, visual storytelling, and design direction. 
  • Experience managing creative workflows, multi‑format content, and end‑to‑end media production. 
  • Strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills. 
  • Ability to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling, AI‑enabled creative concepts. 
  • Highly organized, innovative, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment.
