Roles & Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day HR and administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations.
Handle employee documentation, records management, and general administrative tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams on HR and office administration activities.
Prepare reports, maintain databases, and manage documentation using MS Excel and MS Word.
Assist with employee onboarding, correspondence, and other HR-related functions.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
Female Filipino candidate.
Previous experience in HR and administrative support roles.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates on a UAE Visit Visa and available for immediate joining will be preferred.
